Every subscription is a real server we spin up for you in the city you choose — not a slot on a shared gateway. That is the good part and the honest limit in one sentence: the box is yours, and it is one box. There is no second machine standing by, so if it needs a reboot or the datacenter has a bad day, you are down until it is back. We would rather tell you that here than let you assume a redundancy that is not there.

Choose the city your box is built in when you subscribe. Your apparent location follows the box.
Known ad and tracker domains are refused at the box, so they never load in the first place — on every device that uses the tunnel.
The same subscription works on a phone or a laptop, and the price is the same either way. One box, one address, whichever device you point at it.
Plainly: the tunnel is private, we keep no activity logs, and the IP is your own dedicated address rather than one shared across a crowd. Your traffic goes to your box and out from there; we do not record where you went or what you did.
What we will never promise is that you cannot be identified. A dedicated IP used by one person is the opposite of a crowd to hide in — it is private, and that is all it is. If untraceability is what you are after, this is not the tool, and we would rather lose the sale than misdescribe it.
These are datacenter IPs. For privacy, that is exactly what you want — a clean, dedicated line out to the internet.
The trade is worth saying out loud: some streaming services and some banks treat any datacenter address with suspicion, and may show you a captcha, ask for another check, or block it outright. That is not a fault in your box — it is those sites deciding they do not like traffic that did not come from a home broadband line. If watching a regional streaming catalogue or logging into a picky bank is the whole reason you are here, a datacenter VPN — ours or anyone's — is the wrong tool, and we would rather you knew that now than after the first month.
We sell two different things, and they are good at different jobs.
TunnelNet Full, $20. It runs on our own /24, addresses used only by our own customers. The same subscription works on a phone, a laptop or a server.
TunnelNet VPN, $30. A dedicated server in the city you pick, yours alone. This is the one to choose when box-level control is the point.
Put simply: Full is the cleaner address, on whatever you run it on; VPN is the box you steer. If you are not sure, most people who just want a tidy US IP are better served by the $20.
Because each subscription is a single dedicated server, there is no high availability and no failover, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If the box reboots, the datacenter has an incident, or the machine simply needs maintenance, your tunnel is down until it comes back — there is no second box quietly taking over.
The upside of the same fact is that nothing is shared: the address is not being warmed up or burned down by anyone else, and the box's behaviour is yours alone. We think that trade is the right one for a dedicated line you control — but it is a trade, and this is the sentence where we say so.
This is a new product and a small one. Each box is a real dedicated server rather than a slot on a shared gateway, which is the part we are proud of — and it is exactly why there is no SLA, no uptime figure, and no failover: one box is one box, and any number we printed about its availability would be arithmetic on a window too short to mean anything.
